That everyone usually keeps to themselves. The parking it a little crammed around the weekends and it is hard to find a spot. Can be a little frustrating if you are a resident. There is a small issue with bugs, but with it being included not anything to really be alarmed about. The place is pet friendly and the landscaping is very pretty. It is a nice place to live and it is warm and welcome but at the same time it feels safe and secure.
