It's like we're on vacation every day! Only issue is you can smell cigarette smoke in the bathrooms when other tenants smoke in their apt, maintenance is slow @ repairs or complaints in apts, main office manager is rude, & you can hear your neighbor in the apt next to yours sometimes! Otherwise the place is great!

The Oaks Of St Clair is a mind blowing experience, all to the good. Great community sourrended by lot os resturants, stores, gym, and shopping mall. The people that live at the Oaks of St Clair apartment are friendly, helprul, and respectful. The staff is helpful, professional, warm, and inviting. I couldn't ask for more.

This place is awesome. We truly love it here. The neighborhood is so secure and quiet, the neighbors are ALL nothing but nice. Loving this place as our new home!! The walls are very insulated because we cant hear anything going on around us. Look forward to the day to come.

It like living in a very one big family. All of my neighbors have been awesome. If any of us need anything we are always there to help each other out. The Staff here are always friend and easy work with.

I love living there. I am single female and I work late at night at a college and come in at all different times of the night and have never felt unsafe. It is always quiet in the complex at night. The Staff is alway willing to assist you in any way they can. The grounds are kept clean and neat.

That it is amazing, outstanding, wonderful and we could not be happier! Actually, I tell everyone about our Parc apt. and also add that the staff is fantastic. The ladies at the front desk are always friendly and nice, and the couple times I needed minor maintenance assistance, the problem was fixed in less than 24 hours. Truly, we could not be happier!

Its been great so far! The staff is incredible helpful, apartments are beautiful, amenities are luxurious. Definitely the best in Birmingham.

Our apartment is very nice and with the higher ceilings and spacious bathrooms it really feels more like a home.
