The staff here in the leasing center is awesome and repairs are done in an extremely timely manner. The pool area is amazing with a breathtaking view of four peaks and the fountain. Would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable, apartment community in Fountain Hills.

The apartments are very attractive, comfortable and functional. The laundry/utility room, master bathroom, and master closet are huge compared to other apartments I have lived in or visited. The residents are very friendly and respectful of each other. The administrative and maintenance staff are very friendly and responsive, too. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a rental residence!

The complex is clean and appealing to the eye. The swimming pool and jacuzzi has grills and cabanas for our convenience with an outside fireplace too The accommodations including the office rooms where tenants can use computers and printers is a great addition.
