It's the best location, I can walk to the light rail and all of the grocery stores are close. They keep the grounds looking nice. The maintenance crew gets things done really fast. I haven't lived here too long, but the office had a really big party for Christmas, my neighbor told me they have events for the people that live here quite often, which is pretty awesome! All in all, I like it so far.

Having no neighbors up or down stairs is a huge perk ! The community is kept very clean and the staff members are courteous, knowledgeable and handle resident requests promptly. The layout of the floor plans are perfect and the amenities are great !
