The staff/management are extremely helpful, cheerful, and prompt. The location is ideal---not too far from ASU, but also pretty close to both campuses of Mesa Community College. It's relatively quiet and most of the people who do live in the apartment complex are pretty friendly. And the rent is also pretty reasonable.

I would tell them that when I'm out and about I look forward to coming home...home at Belara is a true blessing. The apartments have a home/cozy feeling...not so much an apt. feeling. The office staff are very nice and quite helpful. I never have problems with neighbors...everyone seems to be very nice and pleasant. I love looking out my windows and seeing the mountains, sunsets and the hot air balloons. The apartments are beautiful (love all the windows!), the atmosphere is awesome and Belara is close to stores and Churches. The only other thing I can add is that it has been such a blessing to live at Belara.
