I would tell them that the rent is reasonable for such a nice place. It is quiet for the most part and very well maintained. The grounds are well kept and clean and most of the neighbors are friendly. I was shocked as well to learn that we have 2 friends that live here that we hadn't seen in years and it has been great getting to hang out with them again and they are only 2 apartments over and up. It is a great location as well close to the 60 so easy highway access and shopping complexes nearby.

Aside from my daughters request for a bush to be trimmed for the past couple months, this is a really great place to live! Wonderful staff and neighbors are very kind and friendly.

It is a well kept place to live. Friendly people live here and the management are very helpful and always have a friendly smile for you. Maintenance is great!! They are very prompt in responding to a request or issue. The only thing I would say negative is parking. There just aren't many spaces for guests visiting me.
