Overall, great building, helpful and knowledgeable staff and amenities. All is great but, considering the quality of the rest of the building, the kitchen cabinets and appliance package and hallway carpeting are a bit below par. Also, it would be great if the owners were more willing to work with tenants on upgrades that would make the property more appealing to the next lessor. Probably the owners have been waiting until the building is more fully occupied, but now that is the case I hope the outside windows will be washed more frequently. I've lived in a new residential tower like Monroe before and I know that it takes some time to get the plumbing/elevator glitches worked out.

The staff here in the leasing center is awesome and repairs are done in an extremely timely manner. The pool area is amazing with a breathtaking view of four peaks and the fountain. Would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable, apartment community in Fountain Hills.

The apartments are very attractive, comfortable and functional. The laundry/utility room, master bathroom, and master closet are huge compared to other apartments I have lived in or visited. The residents are very friendly and respectful of each other. The administrative and maintenance staff are very friendly and responsive, too. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a rental residence!
