Colter Park is a good community. It is walking distance of restaurants, light rail, bus stops, grocery store, adequate parking in the rear of the property. The laundry facilities remain a problem. Washers are old and pricey compares to other complexes (free).

I am a new resident. The community seems really nice I do not have any complaints. Although, it is a minor inconvenience to have to wash at the community laundramat, it is always in good working order, and the facilities are well maintained. I actually enjoy leaving the apartment and washing at the laundry facilities provided. It is really cost cheap cost wise. Landscaping is always really well kept up. I have a really good renter's experience at this location. The ladies in the office are really nice and the best part is that they also provide you with a "business facility" availability during office hours. The residents even have a get together every so often to do activities.

Loved my apartment.Great location.Never had any problems with the office people and when something needed fixed it was fixed the same day or the following day Moved out and i will rent at Colter Park again.

It's great for the price. Helpful desk staff, good facilities - the new 24 hour gym is a huge plus. Proximity to the light rail and park across the street are huge bonuses. Not the best neighborhood by most people's standards, but I haven't had any problems with any of the other residents.

Colter Park Apartments are conveniently located, a great value for the price. with so many buildings, its amazing how quiet it is.

It's mostly quiet. The apartments are nicely updated. I would say though there is an issue with bugs coming from the drains that is rather annoying and the switch in the climate control during the transition periods can be a bit bothersome - but for the price and location it's still a great place.

The neighborhood is very quiet and the park accross the street makes it convient if you have children.

i am disappointed that i cannot hang my chimes out on my balcony, because i see that others still have not taken theirs down.i feel this is unfair, whats good for 1 should be good for all. they also did not do a walk through when i moved in , not good, hope i don't get charged for stuff that was wrong when i moved in, have had that happen before.
