We lived in Barcelona Apts for 18 years and absolutely loved being there! The apartments are above average in size, nicely appointed, the location is perfect for easy access to local freeways, shopping, entertainment. The property was always well maintained and the pool area by the main building is kept clean. The management office staff were very friendly and helpful. We moved out of the area, but if we ever get back to Aliso Viejo, I would definitely look again at the Barcelona Apts.

I knew that I was going to live here the minute that I walked in the gate. I works nights, so my schedule is very strange and I don't have much of a social life but because I live at MILANO I have recreation right outside my door. I am proud to have friends and family come to visit me here. I would definitely recommend MILANO to people that can afford it.

I've lived at Milano apartments now for about 4 years and I love it here! I use the pools and gym every week. I also own a large dog, so I appreciate the accomodations for him as well. The staff members are extremely friendly and very responsive. Top notch! The location, combined with the price, makes this one of the best communities in South Bay. You can literally walk to stores are restaurants (Vons, CVS, Fantastic Sams, UPS Store, Scardinos, La Zeez and Elepahant Bar are among my favorites), and there are two great parks within blocks (Victor Park and Paradise Park). Plus, you're just 1 1/2 miles away from the beach! The closer you get to the beach, the more expensive your rent would be. But Milano has the added benefit of being closer to stores and the freeway than complexes nearer the beach. If you don't want street traffic noise, get a courtyard/interior apartment.

Beautiful area to live in. Parking is horrible, (safety/availability) garage or not. Not a great for guests. It is expensive but it has its benifits. The matainance is not truly 24/7 if they are consistently asking if they can handle a job "in the morning." There was a pest problem initially but it was taken care of after a couple of calls. Its a long walk to your apartment from your garage depending on where you are located. The staff is very nice, and overall I would recommend this place with reservations.

I have been living in these very beautiful apartments for about almost 2 years. We really love living here!! The Clubhouse is a hit with our family. The computer cafe if much better than going to the library for us and its just a few steps away! The pool...Well lets just say ...We save ALOT of money by havinig this so conviniently at home! I Love the cabanas!! Our family have not only enjoyed the amenities but also the friendly yet very professional staff here. We go have our free cup of coffee or hot chocolate everyday and everyday they are there with a smile and ready to help. We feel very blessed because not only do we enjoy living here but our apartment is "perfect" for our small family. Especially because I dont get help from my family to clean it. Its small enought that I can clean it without a complaint and big enough that we are comfortable enough to call it "our home" As far as maintenance....every time I ask for something to be taken care of, they take care of whatever issue we have in a very prompt and friendly manner :O) Oh! and we are very close to schools, shopping and dining!!! In short, we love it here <3

I feel very well taken care of at Antelope Ridge. The rental price is very reasonable and the layout of the entire complex is very convenient. Our apartment has a great view of the the hills and I have a great time hiking up them. The club house has amenities that more than meet our needs. There is a computer lab, and the staff always have hot and fresh coffee available. There is a workout facility that is well furnished and the pool and hot tub are more than pleasant. The maintenance and grounds staff is also very willing and able to help out where needed, and are very timely. The facility is always kept clean and the residents seem to take pride in that.

Pros: New apartment complex. Cons: Poorly insulated so noise in between the floors within units is a constant problem. Verizon has a monopoly within this complex. No other cable/internet companies are allowed to provide service here. Only other option is satellite dish. Low quality carpeting and no pad underneath for comfort. Rent rate is increased if you do not renew your leave. Located approx. 20 miles from Temecula/Murrieta which is the hub of the area. Management deals with noise complaints with a letter writing compain. No consequences to offending tenants so problems continue. If a tenant can't deal with the noise, whether it's a dog left in unit to bark all day, or anything else, ultimately it's your problem and your only option is to incur the cost of breaking your lease.

After our first visit to Antelope Ridge, my husband and I knew it was the place we wanted to settle down. The apartments are beautiful, the area around is very peaceful and the staff are more then welcoming and helpful. Shannon is great and she did an amazing job at showing us around and made our home search even easier. We move in the end of January and we both can't wait to officially call Antelope Ridge home! :)

The Staff is always friendly, neighbors are nice, and the grounds are well kept. Peaceful place to live.
