Seven years ago I moved into beautiful San Lucas Apartments, when the Bamboo trees were much shorter. Later on, it was wonderful to watch Mr. Kim create a garden of flowering plants at the San Lucas entrance, and the flower display and fish pond in the patio. Everything has now grown into glorious abundance…the trees, plants, flowers, fish and even the flocks of birds that awaken us in magnificent song every morning…fulfilling their God-given mission. Sean and Robert manage an efficient office and maintenance crew. It is comforting to experience the staff’s timely response to every request, whether it is to send a fax, copy a document or to address an irritating, maintenance problem…all is provided in an efficient, friendly and professional manner. The staff brings us together and participates with us in sharing good times and great food during Bagel-Breakfast-Fridays, and in celebration of holidays and our birthdays. Before I moved to San Lucas, I dreamed of being in a place where I could spend my remaining active years… I thank each of them: Sean, Robert, Mr. Kim, Joel and William, for their dedication to the details of their responsibilities and jobs that provide a warm, safe, clean, well-maintained environment. And I thank you for your always-cheerful greetings. YOU are the BEST

It's a beautiful and safe apartment complex. I enjoy the movies on the weekends and the entertainment that they have during holidays. Also the breakfast that they provide on Fridays. The tenants and staff are very friendly.

That if you want to live where you can actually hear yourself think for a change, then the San Lucas Apartments are for you. That living in the San Lucas Apartments is very much like living in a garden, where the outside world stays outside, allowing you to live in peace, comfort, and in harmony with your surroundings.

Yes, we have the most beautiful garden in downtown area. Escape from busy life and get relaxed. That's what San Lucas is all about.

I would tell them that it is a good place to live, however, it is very young and a bit noisy at times. I think it is great for the young aspiring artists in the NoHo Arts district.

Nice place friendly staff be very Careful in the Garage! Cars fly because speed bumps are missing and illegal parking makes this area very dangerous!

I LOVE IT!! The neighborhood took some getting use to, but I really appreciate the "characters" that I see everyday. The free parking, valet, gym membership, hang laundry in house, and WIFI are GREAT PERKS! Not to mention that I LOVE coming home to this building everyday. It has such a great energy about it. I know that I will one day look back on my time living here with fond memories...not that I plan on leaving anytime soon. :) The only suggestions that I could see would be to shampoo the hallway carpets where puppy accidents happened. The double pane windows are a good idea (that you are already working on) simply for party nights that people work - like Halloween......but it IS the city life!!! Replace patio seating on the back deck, and 2nd floor patio - really great area to hang out and see the city without being in the thick of it. I think the Hudson street is a bit dim in general for walking my dog in the evening - but I don't know if that is something you guys can do or if its a city thing. Oh, and a coffee machine in the lobby would be nice.There is one at TRUST SALON if you want to see what they are. Maybe one that you can pay / take and go on your way out.....(I know of a guy who sells them if you are interested). You can actually make a profit from these machines and the coffee is Starbucks or higher quality, but for cheaper....just some ideas...Anyway, great job overall!!
