Lived here 18 years and staff always friendly, helpful and any needed repairs get fixed the same day. Convenient next to schools, parks, and has parking for your car and guest. Laundry room always tidy and appreciate the grounds nice and pretty.

I grew up in the community and moved back once I was employed. Large community with a lot of friendly neighbors, lots of shade for parking/play, community activites as well. Our managment company and owners do a great job giving us what we need to get the job done. I enjoy seeing the improvments that are being made to the properly and appreciate all the feedback the residents give for future improvements.

It's a vear nice place to live at, I have been here all most 7 years now, The last Three years have been just wonderfull. The yard is alwasy clen the work is alwasy done. Andri is the beat I'v have seen so much Inpovement at River's Bend I'm proud to be liveing here. Karry is a very nice lady and alwasy helpful. Stafen is alwasy very nice man and a very hard worker.
