It is a little expensive, but considering all of the amenities and the overall security makes it all worth it. The biggest problem we have had is when coming up the ramp to the garage it is very difficult to see oncoming cars.

I love living here. Its quiet all the time. The staff are always willing to help in anyway. The maintenance crew are quick and do a great job.

Oceanbreeze Village is a great place to live. Parking is sometimes difficult, especially late at night, but the office staff is great and it is a comfortable community.
