It is beautiful, convenient, well appointed and extremely well maintained. It is pedestrian living without the heavy; traffic of downtown. The staff does an excellent job of policing the common areas for infractions (smoking, keeping unsightly things off of balconies, pool behavior). Socially, there is as much or as little as you are interested in doing. I truly feel it has something for everyone.

I simply love it here. The apartments are really nice and clean. It feels like everything is new and fresh inside the apartment. It is a pet friendly environment, they provide doggy bags at the exits. My apartment faces Fletcher Parkway, I was worried there would be noise, unless I have all the windows open, I do not hear a thing. I moved from a "luxury" apartment in Little Italy where it sounded like my neighbors were doing P90X or at the club all the time, I have not heard a peep from my neighbors here. The staff is friendly and they keep the grounds clean. The parking lot is gated and the grounds have gated/ keyed access. I would recommend it to my friends or family.

I would tell them that it is very comfortable, quiet but has great social gatherings and amenities for their residents. The staff is very helpful and very nice. I would recommend this community definitely!

The price is on the higher end of San Diego apartment living but the location and amenities along with the modern appeal makes it worth the price.

I would tell them how beautiful the property is and the wonder features. How the apartmentws themselves are open and very welcoming. The staff here is awesome and how they plan events to allow the residents to socialize and get to know their neighbors. This is a fantastic place to live.
