I am so pleased with the new management (Demmon Properties). I have lived here 6 years and they are far-most the best. The staff is excellent (especially Resident Services department) - they are always there for me when I need them. Maintenence is wonderful. I have recruited 4 different family friends here and they all agree. I wouldn't move regardless of anything. Love the new website as well. Tennis court and volleyball are my kid's favorite! Thank you Park Kiely!

If you like the Santana Row environment, Levare is a great place to live. The staff is very friendly and I have had zero issues.

I wouldn't recomend anyone because the max internet speed is 1.5 Mbps through At&t DSL. These days TV, cell phone, Land line phone, vonage, Laptops, desktop, netflix, everything works on internet. If u cannot even watch a movie and talk on the phone at the same time, there is no point in living at this apartment, even though everything else is good.

I enjoy living at the Waterstone apartments. I honestly have not had a lot of contact with the office staff, but have notived a significant turn-around in that area of these apartments. In less than a year, there is an entire new office staff working here. The only employees I still see are the two maintainence guys. Appollo is awesome, by the way. He is very personable and seems to be a very hard worker. With all he has to do around here, he does his best to attend to all tennant's needs in a timely manner and always does it with a smile. On another note, I pay my rent and bills on time and I see myself as a pretty low maintainence tennant. I never complain about anything and hardly ever call the office or go in unless it is to pay my rent, pick up a package, or ask a question. However, in the year I have lived here, I have had only a couple of requests. One, that I be able to move my parking spot closer to my apartment since my truck was vandalized a few months ago. I even went so far as to dilligently watch and record the cars in the spots directly across from my apartment twice a day (am and pm) for an entire week. I was able to provide the office with at least 5 out of 10 completely vacant spots directly across from my apartment. I still have not been given one of these spots. There was a comment made in the office that I was such a good tennant with a perfect record of on time payments, that I should get some kind of incentive. I think a free carpet cleaning was brought up in that conversation. I had inquired about it at a later date and was told that that was not going to be an option. I think that the Waterstone apartments should offer their good and long lasting tennants some kind of gesture of appreciation. It doesn't have to be very big, but a kind, litte gesture to say "thank you for being such a good tennant" goes a long way in making tennants comfortable and happy where they are living. I know that there have already been 8 long term tennants that have moved, due to the rent increases AND the lack of appreciation here at the Waterstone apartments. Other than these two issues, I am very happy living here and just recently signed another year long agreement to stay here at the Waterstone apartments. I just hope that there are some changes made in the customer service aspect of the management. Thank you, Mahina Tankersley

It's great. The only thing I dislike about living here is the distance from the freeway, but that factor also provides a level of safety that one would not find somewhere closer to the freeway. The staff and facilities are excellent. I absolutely love living here.

I love it. There is constant upkeep happening onsite, which provides a subtle reminder that the people managing this property are involved and aware of the needs of the property. The management is friendly and available, and always eager to help with any issues that may arise. I feel safe and secure in my home and absolutely love it here.
