I really enjoy the living environment. The manager, and her staff, are awesome! I sleep during the day, because I work at night.. and I have no issues with the noise level at all. Prior to moving into the complex, I thought because it was near the university, that maybe the young college students would have wild parties, and it would become a nuisance. I was wrong. I don't ever see anything of that nature when I'm off for the night, and at home. The tenants are very pleasant, and keep to themselves. I have my nieces and nephews come over and visit, and I feel that it is a safe place to take them out to enjoy their day. It's always very clean, and the gardening is appealing to the eye. If anything is ever going on the staff always gives courtesy notes in advance. Which is great! Overall, my experience is/ and has been very pleasant!

Good apartments, but a stable more reliable source of security needs to be installed with someone in uniform and not someone who lives here. And also, better parking needs to be determined.

Its a good place. Janet, the manager, is extremely helpful. The office is open most days, except Sunday, so you can walk in and have word with the manager. There is always munchies at the front office :D

It's almost perfect, especially if you're a student at Fresno State. You can walk to school, or even to Doghouse Grill to get lunch. Parking is all covered and the pool is amazing! I would highly recommend living here.
