I knew that I was going to live here the minute that I walked in the gate. I works nights, so my schedule is very strange and I don't have much of a social life but because I live at MILANO I have recreation right outside my door. I am proud to have friends and family come to visit me here. I would definitely recommend MILANO to people that can afford it.

I've lived at Milano apartments now for about 4 years and I love it here! I use the pools and gym every week. I also own a large dog, so I appreciate the accomodations for him as well. The staff members are extremely friendly and very responsive. Top notch! The location, combined with the price, makes this one of the best communities in South Bay. You can literally walk to stores are restaurants (Vons, CVS, Fantastic Sams, UPS Store, Scardinos, La Zeez and Elepahant Bar are among my favorites), and there are two great parks within blocks (Victor Park and Paradise Park). Plus, you're just 1 1/2 miles away from the beach! The closer you get to the beach, the more expensive your rent would be. But Milano has the added benefit of being closer to stores and the freeway than complexes nearer the beach. If you don't want street traffic noise, get a courtyard/interior apartment.

Beautiful area to live in. Parking is horrible, (safety/availability) garage or not. Not a great for guests. It is expensive but it has its benifits. The matainance is not truly 24/7 if they are consistently asking if they can handle a job "in the morning." There was a pest problem initially but it was taken care of after a couple of calls. Its a long walk to your apartment from your garage depending on where you are located. The staff is very nice, and overall I would recommend this place with reservations.

Have had a good experience here. The leasing office is very helpful and there are many good amenities: excellent pool and great bbq area.

I feel like I live at a resort. I love all the amenities. I love how if something is broken i can put in a service ticket online. The staff is amazing and everyone is so friendly. The residents for the most part are friendly. The location is fantastic. Most important i feel like my apartment is the best. I love everything about it. Parking availability is the only downside

I is more or less like a nice spa or a comfortable neighborhood feeling. Love the birds in the morning and the light from both front and back. I would appreciate getting a chance to swim a little earlier in the morning....that would be my hoped for improvement.

I LOVE IT!! The neighborhood took some getting use to, but I really appreciate the "characters" that I see everyday. The free parking, valet, gym membership, hang laundry in house, and WIFI are GREAT PERKS! Not to mention that I LOVE coming home to this building everyday. It has such a great energy about it. I know that I will one day look back on my time living here with fond memories...not that I plan on leaving anytime soon. :) The only suggestions that I could see would be to shampoo the hallway carpets where puppy accidents happened. The double pane windows are a good idea (that you are already working on) simply for party nights that people work - like Halloween......but it IS the city life!!! Replace patio seating on the back deck, and 2nd floor patio - really great area to hang out and see the city without being in the thick of it. I think the Hudson street is a bit dim in general for walking my dog in the evening - but I don't know if that is something you guys can do or if its a city thing. Oh, and a coffee machine in the lobby would be nice.There is one at TRUST SALON if you want to see what they are. Maybe one that you can pay / take and go on your way out.....(I know of a guy who sells them if you are interested). You can actually make a profit from these machines and the coffee is Starbucks or higher quality, but for cheaper....just some ideas...Anyway, great job overall!!
