It suits us in so many ways that it is unbelievable. Insulation is super---hardly any need for heat or A/C. Inside laundry within unit is heaven-sent. First-floor apartments are a dream come true--EXCEPT for the herd of elephants living above us. Have no idea who people are but it sounds as if they are practicing for the Olympics usually late at night or early AM. Other imperfection is small closet space in bedrooms.. Guess there has to be some compromise for the glorious cabinets in the kitchen, baths and laundry!!! The area is great with sufficient shopping nearby and larger shopping within easy drive. We love it!

I feel like I'm in a house except for the extra noise. Just wish people were more considerate, even on the weekends, after 10 pm.

Very nice but would be much better if the community was gated. There are some really sketchy places on Cherry Street and I am very apprehensive about walking around Union Place after dark because of it.

We love it here! It's CLEAN, well maintained, great management and fellow residents. Our apartment is beautiful, spacious, well equipped and appointed. Very sound-proof for condo/apartments. Love the area - we can walk to EVERYTHING!

Resort-like community, well appointed apartments; Friendly people though some require assisted living because of mental impairments and some of these people can be quite annoying if they happen to be your neighbors; The models depicted in the murals in the entrance to the parking structure give one a false impression of the types of folks who live here; Have complained about noisy upstairs neighbors three times; Grounds are well-maintained; interior common areas require regular housekeeping; Aside from Cheryl who provides satisfactory service, management is pleasant but, generally performs poorly since they don't regularly acknowledge written communications; promise changes without delivering (e.g., a revised parking arrangement) and place items on the social calendar that are not always conducted; In-home maintenance requests are usually handled expediously with professionalism

I have lived at Stonegate Apartments for the 5 months and my experiences have been mostly positive. There are a lot of families who live here with children and it appears to be a safe place. The Manager is very professional and friendly and her staff very understanding. The 3 BDR apartments are well designed and maintained. Highly recommended for families. Great location. Better prices.

It is very nice, I feel safe and secure. It is always very clean and quiet. The amenities are great and management is very helpful. All the residents I have met here are very friendly and I think of it here more as a community than an apartment.

I would tell them they are good for the price. I have made several complaints to management about the people above me and nothing changed. They are constantly stomping and running around NON STOP. They have NO RESPECT for the people living below them. From 6 am until 12 midnight they are running around and stomping.

I'd tell them that I've never had it so good. I enjoy living here and I feel that when my kids come over to visit they are safe. Any issue I've ever had has been resolved quickly and with always with a smile.

I love living here, I just wish I could make partial payment online since I have a roommate and I do not pay the full amount. I have to wait until she pays at the office and then have to wait until it is in the records which sometimes can take a couple days before I can pay online which makes me have a late fee once in a while. Since I travel and depend on paying online this is important to me. Thank you for taking the time to consider this issue and make some changes.

Great place to live and the management is awesome! My only issue is they are raising my rent after 1 year and I feel like I have been a great tenant?? Maybe that is just how the system works.
