I feel like I live at a resort. I love all the amenities. I love how if something is broken i can put in a service ticket online. The staff is amazing and everyone is so friendly. The residents for the most part are friendly. The location is fantastic. Most important i feel like my apartment is the best. I love everything about it. Parking availability is the only downside

I is more or less like a nice spa or a comfortable neighborhood feeling. Love the birds in the morning and the light from both front and back. I would appreciate getting a chance to swim a little earlier in the morning....that would be my hoped for improvement.

I LOVE IT!! The neighborhood took some getting use to, but I really appreciate the "characters" that I see everyday. The free parking, valet, gym membership, hang laundry in house, and WIFI are GREAT PERKS! Not to mention that I LOVE coming home to this building everyday. It has such a great energy about it. I know that I will one day look back on my time living here with fond memories...not that I plan on leaving anytime soon. :) The only suggestions that I could see would be to shampoo the hallway carpets where puppy accidents happened. The double pane windows are a good idea (that you are already working on) simply for party nights that people work - like Halloween......but it IS the city life!!! Replace patio seating on the back deck, and 2nd floor patio - really great area to hang out and see the city without being in the thick of it. I think the Hudson street is a bit dim in general for walking my dog in the evening - but I don't know if that is something you guys can do or if its a city thing. Oh, and a coffee machine in the lobby would be nice.There is one at TRUST SALON if you want to see what they are. Maybe one that you can pay / take and go on your way out.....(I know of a guy who sells them if you are interested). You can actually make a profit from these machines and the coffee is Starbucks or higher quality, but for cheaper....just some ideas...Anyway, great job overall!!

It is peaceful here at Gloria Homes. I can relax from the cares of my day and just relax. I love the myriad of big trees that welcome me home each day. I see constant improvement of the facilities here and am really thankful there is a management company like Jones & Jones who shows that they care about people and the comfort and security they feel. This is really a worthwhile place to live.

The apartments are kept up, because the maintenance department is on the grounds, and I like the fact that there are rules and regulations, even though there is still biking riding and skate boarding and the tenants and visitors play loud music when they come into the complex or visitors waiting for tenants. I don't like the idea that small children are on the top floor, all that jumping and running.

The property manager is excellent, as she is compassionate and professional; Brandy has made a real difference in the aesthetics of the overall property. Without her, I probably would not have moved here.
