Great place to live, safe, staff is very responsive to our needs, they are alwasys trying to do special things for us. Sometimes parking is a problem.......even though the staff tries to enforce pet rules tenents with pets do always clean up after their animals.

The best in service ,specially Sarah , she is the best , one reason i came back to live here besides the location.The rest of comments are just normal living in a apartment , but here, so far the best l in Los Angeles area..................... GOOD JOB , SARAH , KEEP IT UP..........PARKING IS FREE ......NO COMPLAINS................

The best complex I have ever lived at. Helpful, friendly staff that goes out of their way to help you. The staff promotes a community feeling by social mixers. Well maintained grounds, including a huge dog park, keeps your community looking great. My neighbors are friendly and there is no problems with noise. There are no children running around without supervision. The pool and BBQ areas are very nice. Love the free Wi-Fi!

Have had a good experience here. The leasing office is very helpful and there are many good amenities: excellent pool and great bbq area.

I would tell them that it is a good place to live, however, it is very young and a bit noisy at times. I think it is great for the young aspiring artists in the NoHo Arts district.

Nice place friendly staff be very Careful in the Garage! Cars fly because speed bumps are missing and illegal parking makes this area very dangerous!

I LOVE IT!! The neighborhood took some getting use to, but I really appreciate the "characters" that I see everyday. The free parking, valet, gym membership, hang laundry in house, and WIFI are GREAT PERKS! Not to mention that I LOVE coming home to this building everyday. It has such a great energy about it. I know that I will one day look back on my time living here with fond memories...not that I plan on leaving anytime soon. :) The only suggestions that I could see would be to shampoo the hallway carpets where puppy accidents happened. The double pane windows are a good idea (that you are already working on) simply for party nights that people work - like Halloween......but it IS the city life!!! Replace patio seating on the back deck, and 2nd floor patio - really great area to hang out and see the city without being in the thick of it. I think the Hudson street is a bit dim in general for walking my dog in the evening - but I don't know if that is something you guys can do or if its a city thing. Oh, and a coffee machine in the lobby would be nice.There is one at TRUST SALON if you want to see what they are. Maybe one that you can pay / take and go on your way out.....(I know of a guy who sells them if you are interested). You can actually make a profit from these machines and the coffee is Starbucks or higher quality, but for cheaper....just some ideas...Anyway, great job overall!!
