When I tell our friends where we live and what we are paying for it they are surprised because it is expensive. But when I tell them that the refrigerator was replaced in three hours! they are amazed. Maintenance issues are resolved quickly and the office staff are very professional and friendly. The apartments are average size and are nicely appointed. It is a long way to the parking lot from our place, but I can use the exercise! The best part is that the laundry machines are in the apartment!!!

PROS: Nice quiet community in a great location. Laundry inside the apartments. CONS: There are quite a few insects in the community. Also, If you have visitors coming at night, they may have to park their cars outside the gate on the streets.

Good Nice clean place to live but choose your neighbors cautiously. I have a 4 years kid, very disciplined but my neighbors point he should walk slowly on stairs,don't talk when he comes out from house. Even at 4 am when i was going out early to go for long vacation trip and my kid was walking out with me ,he came out and started saying please don't make any noise,no talks.
