The complex is great! I love being close to the water and having a view of Catalina. For the price the scenery is worth it, but it is right on the edge. Any more expensive and the apartments start to become a problem. The interior fixtures and construction is weathered. Lots of plastic and layers upon layers of sink and tub paint. Kitchen cabinets stick and most windows don't close properly. However, the price is right on the high end of acceptable. The location and the very well done grounds make up for a lot.

We would tell them that we love it! It's location is phenomenal and it's in an amazing place to live. The schools here are top notch as well. Our neighbors are wonderful and we have a stellar management company running the show. The Villas has a gorgeous view, the appartments are clean and beautiful, the management (Olivia, Stacey & Dorothy) is well versed and attentive to all our needs and concerns. Things have changed here at the villas ever since these three came here. We are so happy to live here at The Villas.

It reminds me of a toes in the sand timeshare stay that extends indefinately. A kind, social and active community of people surround us here. Amazing feeling being free from the responsibilities if living in my own home. You'd have to see it to believe me anyway, so I recommend a visit!
