Ellington is large enough to waive online payment fees considering how much online payments reduce risk in comparison to checks.

As a reminder, it is free to use the E-Check option when paying online. It debits directly from your checking account and is a valuable tool for all residents! The only fee is for credit card payments.

I would be honest and tell them that I love the size of the apartment and I love the fireplace. Everyone here including office and maintenance people. The only down side is the parking you only get on spot and the "uncover" first come first serve" seem to be seem to mostly be on one side of the apartment complex and there is really sappy trees above them so your car get sappy. That is nothing that the managers have power over that was just poor planing while building. Also I wish there was more storage in the kitchen for dishes and food.

I love it here so far. Staff is friendly, the area is gorgeous. The one complaint I have is the parking. I drive a big van and have not been able to get a spot that was not a "compact" spot. Also, due to all of the trees, there is sap EVERYWHERE. I wish they would spray water on the ground to wash it away more often.

The pool could be cleaned more often and sometimes there are certain people who disrespect the property such as poolside furniture or littering around the pool area. Also, ventilation in the bathrooms aren't the greatest so they are prone to mold and mildew. Apart from these issues, I like Ellington overall. Its staff are very courteous and always helpful. Though Ellington is a bit far from the university campus and Downtown Davis, it is a pleasant place to live, away from the noise of fraternity parties.
