Randy always is available or makes himself availble to residents who may need help . However equally important is his friendliness and warm character . He makes new and long time residents feel welcome and is always looking out for the needs of the community residents. I love our home at Crooked Oak and definitely have greater happiness and contentment knowing Randy is here. Thank you for employing such a great man.

It is a community that despite having thousands of residents still give you privacy, peace, and a relaxing atmosphere. It has a multi-cultural feeling and I imaging that being really difficult to deal with for those in charge of keeping this property. Depending on the culture you will have more respect or complete lack or respect from the resident. You will deal with trash producers or neat individuals weather you like it or not. I commend the staff for doing their best. Even when that means not being popular.

I would certainly recommend Verandas to my friends. The residents are good, kids enjoy their friends company. Parking is a hassle though, with almost every family having more than 1 car.
