I would tell them it is a nice area the apartments are spacious, the grounds are well kept. 24 Hour gym use (which I personally love) and the turn around time for a maintenance request is fabulous! I have never lived by myself before and this place has made it more comfortable for me because it is so laid back. The only complaint I would have to bring up is the walls are thin, and it is easy to hear the people above you.

We love our apartment! Our unit is perfectly located, and the inside is beautiful. We would recommend living here to any of our friends. We also feel very safe. Noise level is minimal during the week. Can be a bit loud on the weekends, but that's what weekends are for. There's only a couple of things that we don't care for. The fact that there is no guest parking, can be a little bit tricky; however, with limited space, we understand that not much can be done. We don't care for the lawn art in the courtyard. The deer that is missing a leg, is a bit scary. Lawn art should enhance the environment, not cheapen it. And finally, the carpet in the hallway outside of our unit is disgusting. Worse than any other hallway we have been into. It is covered in large stains. All of our (honest) friends, tell us that prior to entering our apt, they assume it's going to be dumpy, based on the disgusting carpet outside. Overall, we are very pleased and would recommend living here.

Hello , thank you so much for your kind words. We love having you here. The hallway carpet will be cleaned before the end of the month - painters still need to do a few touch ups around the building, but we will clean right after. I will forward the court yard concern, and hopefuly we will be able to reach a solution. Thank you again.

This place is convenient and comfortable for small budgeted family. School district and downtown in close proximity I like the Secured gate access system. Also this management is very friendly and provides faster maintenance service.
