Very friendly, efficient and professional management and maintenance staff, attractive modern property with good location and nice amenities - heated garage, hot tub, etc. Yarmouth Avenue is quite noisy, especially with car repair shop directly across, sometimes can also hear a barking dog next door but not a problem overall. I think Melissa is doing an excellent job of making several much-needed improvements to the property and is a joy to work with.

It is a quiet community that is easy to live in. My only issue is that the online automated rent payments do not include the utilities bill. What is the point of having automatic payments if it does not pay the full amount?

Thank you for your opinions on the community. I completely agree with you about the parking garages. We started looking into getting the parking lots swept and power washed last month and hope to have this completed in the very near future! Thank you for your valuable feedback.

The parking situation for when you have guests over is not a very good one. There is hardly any space. i personally think it's because people don't park in the garage because it is always empty. I think that will change in the winter though. Other than that it is very spacious, plenty of room and a quiet neighborhood. The management and maintenance team get things done as soon it is requested. A little on the pricey side but it is worth it. I have never been so happy with an apartment.

I enjoy it. My apartment is nice, my neighbors are relatively quiet and the location is great. The rent is a tiny bit high for what you get, but it is Boulder. The property manager is fantastic and always willing to help you out. The complex could use some better maintenance in some areas. There are many visual blemishes after only 5 years of being built. Some unsightly balconies and a few crazies, but once again, it's boulder.
