I’ve lived here for 3 years and have gone through 3 new management companies….everyone of which gets worse that the last. Under the newest management, the staff has gotten 100x worse - RUDE RUDE RUDE! Only one of the 4-5 staff members I’ve worked made any sort of attempt to be friendly or helpful. They also decided to jack up everyone’s rent by about 30% if you want to renew your lease. Parking is terrible – too few spaces and too small of spaces (I have a new mid-sized sedan that had 0 scratches when I got it and has several after only a few months of being in the metropolitan’s parking lot). They also just did an “upgrade” by painting the walls HIDEOUS lime green, burnt orange and a not-so-pretty blue……these colors don’t match at all and really detract from the once classy decor. The outside walls do a decent job of blocking out traffic noise but the interior walls don’t do much for blocking out noise from neighbors (I’m extremely tired of hearing my neighbors moaning at all hours of the night)…... There is dog feces everywhere and certain areas on the grounds smell like urine, especially in the summer. The pool/hot tub are rarely clean and I’m so tired of going to sit in the hot tub with my feet resting on PILES of dirt….it’s disgusting. For a “luxury” apartment, I would expect a heck of a lot more.

Nice area, attentive staff when issues arise, nice activities for kids and residents for holidays. Need more enforcement for dog owners who don't pick up waste. Bags are provided for those who use them.

Units are spacious with good storage. Pet friendly. - very important to me. Radiant heat - inexpensive and no blowing dust. Reported repairs and emergency issues are handled promptly. The green belt is beautiful in the summer. Brick wall with landscaping reduces street noise. Rent is low for the Arvada area. I don't use the pool or other amenities, but I'm sure those who do find them very pleasant. I lost my home about 2 years ago. Living in an apartment is a very different lifestyle. Not all dog owners keep their dogs on a leash. And, there are many who do not clean up after their dogs. . IManagement has been working on this issue and I hope that the problem will improve soon. I've been hear almost 2 years, and I do feel safe and comfortable. If you're looking for a 3 bedroom ranch w/ a 6 foot fence, covered patio and 2 car garage on a cul de sac, this is not it! If you are looking for a nice apartment at a good price, I would recommend Arvada Green.

It is very quiet and the location is great because it is right next to Wadsworth and there are supermarkets and other stores very close by.
