Nice area, attentive staff when issues arise, nice activities for kids and residents for holidays. Need more enforcement for dog owners who don't pick up waste. Bags are provided for those who use them.

It's great value with good amenities, good parking. The only thing that's discouraging is that I'm a single girl living on the bottom floor and felt more secure there when the gates were working. They've not worked more than they have worked. Also, when the property has changed hands in the past, the landscaping has gone down hill or been relatively non-existent. It will be interesting to see how the grounds improve over this spring and summer. Digging the improvements in the pool area, just hope it's more monitored this summer. There's no way all those kids have guardians there and they get quite out of control.
