Units are spacious with good storage. Pet friendly. - very important to me. Radiant heat - inexpensive and no blowing dust. Reported repairs and emergency issues are handled promptly. The green belt is beautiful in the summer. Brick wall with landscaping reduces street noise. Rent is low for the Arvada area. I don't use the pool or other amenities, but I'm sure those who do find them very pleasant. I lost my home about 2 years ago. Living in an apartment is a very different lifestyle. Not all dog owners keep their dogs on a leash. And, there are many who do not clean up after their dogs. . IManagement has been working on this issue and I hope that the problem will improve soon. I've been hear almost 2 years, and I do feel safe and comfortable. If you're looking for a 3 bedroom ranch w/ a 6 foot fence, covered patio and 2 car garage on a cul de sac, this is not it! If you are looking for a nice apartment at a good price, I would recommend Arvada Green.

It is very quiet and the location is great because it is right next to Wadsworth and there are supermarkets and other stores very close by.

i would tell them the the office staff in the best! if i have a concern it is handled very quickly if not the same day the next day. they leave a wotk sheet explaining the concern and how they resolved it. snow removal is quick and done correctly i have lived other places were that has not always been the case. but the best reason is the office staff!!!

They're very nice apartments for being in Greeley. These were the only apartments I would want to live in. Mainenance is amazing - they are usually there to fix the problem the same day you submit it. They're very polite and do a great job. The walls are a little thin and can hear your neighbors next to you, but not the ones above you if you're on the 1st floor. Parking can be a disaster. There is assigned parking - a great idea in theory. Except it isn't enforced, and people tend to park in any spot they find, or in red zones and don't get towed or ticketed. I'd get a garage spot except they're slightly expensive and I'd like if they could be rented for the winter only. There isn't a lot of street lighting through the complex, there is some but it leaves shadows which can make it unnerving coming home when its dark as a female. The lay outs are wonderful, and the pricing for apartments is great! I wish the kitchen had more updated appliances, but I'm glad at least the refrigerators have ice makers (always a plus) and dishwashers. I do wish the workout room had a little more equipment available. Also, I wish there was something other than dish network - it is very hard to work with that company when they see you live in the apartments and basic is included in your rent - they want to charge you twice and add other fees. I would prefer an option of providers to use instead of being forced to use a specific one. The management is very nice and tries to help you out with all your problems.
