I totally enjoy living on this property. The staff is friendly and easy to work with. The recognize you by face and always recall who you are by phone. Maintence is fantastic. I have been very skeptical in the past about maintence being in my apartment alone. Eddie and the crew have won my trust hands down. I have recommended this complex to friends who are moving and will contine to do so.

It has been a very good experience living here. We moved here from Ohio almost a year ago. The staff was extremely friendly and out of their way to ensure we would have a place when we moved. Since moving in maintenance has always responded quickly and resolved the issues we have had.

When I was looking for an apt. I had already been to over 10 apt. complexes and Legacy Heights was the only one that made me feel like they really wanted to help me, told me about the special they were having on 1 bdrm. and Christie was so nice and helpful, (I had to move in quickly) and she made sure that everything went through right away. I've only lived there for a two months and have enjoyed living there so far. Just moving in, there have been a few things that I've had to call in a work order for and they have responed in a timely manner. Staff in office are very nice, Christie has been very helpful every time I've called in. I'm looking forward to using the pool this summer. Glade to know the pool area has been cleaned up and hot tub fixed.
