Everyone working here is nice and helpful. The other residents are very friendly. It's great how dog friendly the building is. The building and grounds are well kept and clean. The mountain views are amazing. It's one of the nicer complexes I've ever lived in. Very little noise from surrounding apartments. The fact the name of the building is the address rather than a regular apartment type name is a little pretentious.

I have lived at Deer Crest for about 8 months, and I have been continually impressed throughout my time here! The property management company is definitely invested in maintaining the property - since I have been here, they have repaved the parking lot, and are in the process of repainting all of the buildings and installing new doors for the passageway between sides of the building. The staff are all very friendly and incredibly helpful with any questions I have. The maintenance crew is also friendly, and they respond to requests in a timely manner. They even sweep the area outside my door (since I live on the garden level, and leaves and other stuff seems to collect there)! All in all, it is a very pleasant experience to live at Deer Crest.

Though I just moved in, I have already been impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, the peaceful and quiet atmosphere of the property, and the overall good upkeep of the apartments. I am very glad I chose to live here!

That they are nice places to live with all the ammenities that you could want for the price. I have not had that much experience with them yet as I just moved in. But the move in process was smooth.
