Skye is located in a perfect location between LoDo and Lower Highlands. The quick access to 25 is a huge bonus. The apartments are very nice with nice amenities. Living on the train gets loud but you get used to it. The common areas are great - year around pool, hot tub, work out facility and game room. Now there is a convenience/liquor store on the main level of Skye which is PERFECT. On top of all that the staff is always friendly and helpful, especially Jen (who signed our lease). It is always a pleasure to walk through the main office.

I have lived here for almost three years and I enjoy it! The staff is wonderful, the grounds are beautiful and it is quiet (most of the time). Parking can sometimes be an issue and the spaces are a little small (my neighbors like to park really close to the lines). The gym and pool area are nicely maintained. I moved in when the pool was still heated in the winter and they don't anymore. It was nice perk to living here, wish they still did it. It is in close proximity to trails since I run and bike a lot and I feel safe with the gates. I would recommend the complex to someone.

I can't say enough good things about the Retreat at Fox Hollow or the staff here. I had a little problem with a neighbors and the day after I brought it up to Sarah (the manager here) it was taken care of. issue no more!! I am very happy here. It is quite and peaceful. I stop in for coffee each day at the clubhouse and part of what I love most are the voices greeting me when I walk in. I feel safe and secure here.

My husband and I have lived here for longer than I'm sure most of the residents here. We are very happy with this community and just ADORE the girls in the office. They are always so sweet and helpful to us! This is a great, quiet little neighborhood.

Westlake Greens is a high-quality apartment complex where I am comfortable and safe. I enjoy my apartment and feel that the staff is caring and friendly. A great place to live!

I love living here, the maintenance and office staff are helpful and very friendly. I have never had to wait more than a few hours when calling in a issue to be fixed. The grounds are beautiful with lots of dogs to meet. I have also never had any neighbor issues. It's a great place to call home.

The apartment overall is in very bad shape, so many things should be corrected before anyone should pay to live there. The maintenance issues are VERY slow to get fixed (if ever at all). There have been far too many times to count where I didn't have heat(never fixed) or ac(currently not working). When I moved in the stove didn't work, after a week of waiting nobody came and I had to plug it in myself. Only 25% of my outlets work, I have asked to have the screen on my front window replaced twice, each time they came they never fixed it. One guy even put a note that he couldn't fix my window screen because my apartment does not have a sliding door, DUH I was talking about the window!! I asked to get the carpet fixed by the bathroom, nothing. The list goes on and on; I really don’t call maintenance unless I MUST because it stresses me out too much. I would never recommend Arvada Village to anyone, I like; I guess you get what you pay for. I wish things were different the location is great for me, but living in piss poor conditions as though I were in section 8 housing is not great for me or my great kids.

This is great fro the price and deposit. I am hardly ever home but it is quiet when I am there. The front office people are nice but I haven't had any maintenance issues since I moved in 2 months ago. There is alway parking available which it is not at some of friends complexes.
