The staff is awesome! STELLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE. But Parking is NOT GOOD. There are not enough spaces.

I was thoroughly impressed with the customer care I received when I visited Ridgeview Place Apartments last week. I am not moving until late this fall but they treated me with such respect and care that I will most definitely be back to put down my deposit. It is amazing how poorly I was treated by a lot of the other local properties I visited. Once they learned I was not moving immediately they completely lost interest in me, but not Ridgeview. What a great crew!

when my dishwasher broke the maitenence team quickly came in a gave me a new dishwasher within 24hrs. they even worked on a sat afternoon to put it in. I was very suprised and thankful!!

Although I haven't lived in an apartment for over 20 years, I can say that this is a quiet apartment community, with friendly neighbors. Several people have stopped by to say hello and introduce themselves. The staff have been friendly and helpful. This morning, I received a follow-up call to ensure everything went well with switching over the utilities to my name. While we were on the phone, the staff member was happy to take my maintenance request. Most of the work was completed this afternoon. My adult daughter and I are very pleased. Thank you!

If I ever have an issue, the problem is fixed in a decent amount of time. Staff is always friendly and helpful!

We've been living here for only 2 months and so far it's been good, no complaints yet. (well except that it seems that when we moved in they forgot to vacuum up the carpet cleaning residue so we were kicking up white "dust" as we moved out stuff in and i think that because it wasn't vacuumed up right after the carpet dried that it's caused the carpet to look almost matted and squished down. Also where the sliding glass door in where it lets in sunlight under the blinds the carpet now has a sun bleached stripe...) But for the price and the things that you get it's amazing! We're even wanting to upgrade to a larger unit :)

It really feels like a neighborhood. The office staff is very pleasant and helpful. Groundskeepers do a wonderful job, and it's just a great place to live.

Highland Park feels like a safe place to live, with ample parking. The staff is helpful and friendly. I have not had maintenance issues as yet, but I have lived here less than 3 months. The tub seems old and needs caulking on the wall tiles. All single apartments I have lived in have much more storage and closet space. My neighbors seem quiet, however, one can hear every footstep of the person upstairs, and I hear my neighbor's morning alarm as if it were in the same room. The location is convenient.

Not enough closet, kitchen, bathroom cupboards. Otherwise, OK. Well-kept landscape. Seems quiet. Still trying to get used to the security gates and friends visiting.

I would tell them i liked it but it was frustrating that for a two person apartment we only got one parking spot. I also wish that I did not have to pay a portion of everyone's water bills, I would prefer if I was only billed for my own use.

Great apartments, quick service, sometimes just a bit difficult to get a hold of someone at the front desk, as they seem to keep some strange hours. Can't complain at all though, because they always take care of my problem quickly.
