an excellent place to live, up-keep is always done, very clean property, no disturbance, the manager and assistant manager are there always to help you in a professional manner, one and only best properties in colorado springs, close to shopping areas and your local church and restaurants, the pool is always clean and sanitized, the maintance is excellent and work gets done as soon as a problem arises professionally and respectfully, i love living here and you will to!

If you can afford it, do it! This place is pleasant and homey and worth every penny! I've never had trouble with finding a parking space. If something goes wrong in my apartment, I can call and they get right on it for me. The location is excellent, too, with one street going right to Academy and another one to Austin Bluffs. The people are courteous and kind and remember who I am, which is always a plus. I really like living in these apartments!

I have lived here for the past 21 years. Its a nice community, with very friendly staff and neighbors. The maintenance guys always fixes my problems right away. The kids have a nice play area to play in. Just an all around wonderful experience living here all these years.
