The location is perfect and the apartments are newer compared to most others in the area so they are still much cleaner and nicer. I love the higher than standard ceilings and the floorplans are great. The garages are a nice touch, would be nice if one was included with the apartment since there is no covered parking. The only other downside is that It's a little bit pricey as you can find a comparable apartment for about 200 less per month.

Nice area, attentive staff when issues arise, nice activities for kids and residents for holidays. Need more enforcement for dog owners who don't pick up waste. Bags are provided for those who use them.

The staff and management are super friendly and helpful. I have had some unpleasant experiences with previous apartment staff, but Stone Cliff Heights management and staff is an extremely pleasant surprise and their kindness is breath of fresh air. Also, the entire facility and the apartment units are absolutely stunning! The units are very accommodating and cozy all for a very decent rental cost. I moved here in January and so far I've had no major problems.
