Given that it's a trailer park, it really is a nice park. My only gripe is my neighbors like to abuse the parking spaces every now and then, nothing out of the ordinary :)

Its really nice place, on a golf course and has a nice gym/pool. Only down fall is my water heater only works when my furnace is on. Have had it looked at and never was fixed.

The best place to live in Westminster. But you should rent a garage in case you want to park your car in one of the late nights.

This is my first apartment and it is great living on my own. This was the best price my girlfriend and I could find and so far its been worth it. The noise is okay, you can always hear people walking up and down the stairs outside...although the train behind us is amazing to hear, doesn't bother me one bit. The staff is very friendly. The laundry facility though is very poor...compared to the laundromat down the street it is like a closet and the two times we have gone, there was clothes left in every washer and dryer. Also no seating in the laundry area is a down side too. The convenience of walking to 7-11 is awesome and big lots and king soopers down the road is a plus. Overall the Toscana Apts are not too bad! Better than other places for the price you pay thats for sure!

Units are spacious with good storage. Pet friendly. - very important to me. Radiant heat - inexpensive and no blowing dust. Reported repairs and emergency issues are handled promptly. The green belt is beautiful in the summer. Brick wall with landscaping reduces street noise. Rent is low for the Arvada area. I don't use the pool or other amenities, but I'm sure those who do find them very pleasant. I lost my home about 2 years ago. Living in an apartment is a very different lifestyle. Not all dog owners keep their dogs on a leash. And, there are many who do not clean up after their dogs. . IManagement has been working on this issue and I hope that the problem will improve soon. I've been hear almost 2 years, and I do feel safe and comfortable. If you're looking for a 3 bedroom ranch w/ a 6 foot fence, covered patio and 2 car garage on a cul de sac, this is not it! If you are looking for a nice apartment at a good price, I would recommend Arvada Green.

It is very quiet and the location is great because it is right next to Wadsworth and there are supermarkets and other stores very close by.

It's fun, quiet, great facilities, the staff is friendly and always available. The repair crew is faster than anyone i've ever seen, and everything can be accessed electronically! Not to mention there's more parking available than anyone could dream of. It's great. The only issue I've had is that it's hard to pay rent online early, because the balance never appears until the 1st of the month.

It has been a very good experience living here. We moved here from Ohio almost a year ago. The staff was extremely friendly and out of their way to ensure we would have a place when we moved. Since moving in maintenance has always responded quickly and resolved the issues we have had.
