It’s a great time to be in a Denver apartment for rent as the city is growing with popular venues and activities. Denver is called the "Mile–High City" for its elevation being exactly one mile above sea level. With its high elevation, Denver’s landscape is rugged with more than 14,000 acres of mountain park lands. One of these popular parks includes the scenic Red Rocks Park that welcomes visitors each year and is known for the summer performances held at the Red Rocks Amphitheatre. Denver apartments for rent are throughout the city with most having great views of this mountain landscape.

During the winter, the rugged mountains of Denver become the heavenly snow slopes. Denver is known for its great ski seasons with the Winter Park Resort available just west of Denver. In the summer, Denver is an active outdoor city with many recreational activities offered such as hiking, kayaking, camping, skiing and snowboarding. Those who live in a Denver apartment most likely are out of their apartments during most of the year if they are actively involved with the outdoor services that the city provides.

When locals aren’t outside or in their Denver apartments, they are watching shows and performances in the beautiful Denver Performing Arts Complex or attending meetings and expos at the Colorado Convention Center. Skye is located in a perfect location between LoDo and Lower Highlands. The quick access to 25 is a huge bonus. The apartments are very nice with nice amenities. Living on the train gets loud but you get used to it. The common areas are great - year around pool, hot tub, work out facility and game room. Now there is a convenience/liquor store on the main level of Skye which is PERFECT. On top of all that the staff is always friendly and helpful, especially Jen (who signed our lease). It is always a pleasure to walk through the main office.

I would tell them this is Luxery apartment living at its finest. Once you move in the experience moving forward is outstanding unlike any place I have ever lived before. The apartments are Big, and also unique from different units. Suzanne the office manager does a FINE JOB!!!! as well as the entire Admin staff. I would recommend living here to anyone who would like to enjoy a fine experience.

Imaging the best apartment living you've ever experienced. Now add the beauty of the Rocky Mountains and shopping and entertainment within walking distance; that's Riverton on the Platte. The staff is friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure we're happy and everything is perfect. The property is beautifully landscaped and well-maintained making it a joy to walk around and enjoy the Colorado weather. Most importantly, the apartments are well built and very well designed. They have great space management and feel more like a house than an apartment (even our visitors have said so!).

Hi there, My daughter and I really love living here but we have noticed more than disturbing noise coming from the upstairs apartment almost every day for the past two weeks. We thought that maybe there was a guest, but there has been fighting, partying and very loud music at all times of the day up to and including until 1-4 AM in the morning even on weekdays. That is our only complaint about Riverton, everything else we are absolutely pleased about.
