I would tell them this is Luxery apartment living at its finest. Once you move in the experience moving forward is outstanding unlike any place I have ever lived before. The apartments are Big, and also unique from different units. Suzanne the office manager does a FINE JOB!!!! as well as the entire Admin staff. I would recommend living here to anyone who would like to enjoy a fine experience.

Imaging the best apartment living you've ever experienced. Now add the beauty of the Rocky Mountains and shopping and entertainment within walking distance; that's Riverton on the Platte. The staff is friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure we're happy and everything is perfect. The property is beautifully landscaped and well-maintained making it a joy to walk around and enjoy the Colorado weather. Most importantly, the apartments are well built and very well designed. They have great space management and feel more like a house than an apartment (even our visitors have said so!).

Hi there, My daughter and I really love living here but we have noticed more than disturbing noise coming from the upstairs apartment almost every day for the past two weeks. We thought that maybe there was a guest, but there has been fighting, partying and very loud music at all times of the day up to and including until 1-4 AM in the morning even on weekdays. That is our only complaint about Riverton, everything else we are absolutely pleased about.

I would tell them that it is great. It is perfect for me. The gym works well for my work out routine, but it is nothing fancy. The pool is very nice and really great to have in the summer. Also, I personally love the town home style because it decreases the noise from other neighbors. The courtyard with grass all around is also not something you get with all apartment complexes. I don't have a dog, but I imagine if I did, the dog would really like it. Lastly, it is safe. I am living in alone and I have never once felt sketched out or unsafe. The people are friendly and the area in the Tech Center is really family oriented. It is far from down town, I would say that is the only down side. The light rail is 30 minutes and is in a further zone, costing more money. Driving down town is like 20 minutes not in traffic which isn't too bad. Overall, the Arabella is a great place to live.

Great place to live. Walls are a bit thin and people coming down the outside stairs sound as if they are stomping. Aside from that everything is great. Every place will have there not so good things about them however, the stairs and walls are not that bad.

loud b/c of bakers street but great staff. isn't their a noise code??? they could close their doors or not be on the loud speakers or not have their speakers up so loud. i was told by bakers street staff they are a classy family restuarant....well then no need to have it be so loud at night....i think the apartment complex needs to file complaints with policy department so bakers street pub tones it down at night. also grass would be nice...there are alot of dirt spots around. and NO SMOKING or have smokers in building of smokers vs in same building as nonsmokers....

Although I have not been here but 1 day here are my highlights/downfalls about Arabella: Erika is fantastic to work with... ...I already stepped in dog poop! If that is the worst of it I will be happy here. Tim

I have really enjoyed it so far. The pool, workout, and office facilities are very nice and always available. The location is ideal and has shops and restaurants nearby that make walking to them easy. The staff has always been knowledgeable and willing to help with any questions or problems.
