Overall it is a pretty quiet community. The rent increases are disappointing and may affect how long one can live at Legend Oaks. The pool facility is small for the amount of residents but is usually a clean one. I like the apartment structures because you hear your neighbors less than you would expect for apartment living. I feel safer living here than in my past locations. The staff is friendly and so far I'm pleased with the maintenance staff as well.

I am bummed that the hot tub isn't going yet and the pool is freezing but the apartment is lovely and just has normal wear and tear. You can't barely hear the neighbors which is great. I wish the garage stalls were less expensive because $90 seems really crazy but it is clean, safe and friendly here. Hopefully the marshlands get cleaned up soon- I saw a wild turkey in the parking lot the other day, and that was interesting.

Thank you for your feedback! We are in the process of repairing the hot tub and it should be up and running in the next few weeks. We are also working with a contractor to clean up the pond area soon! As for the garages, we are currently running a garage sale until May 31st, 2012 for only $50 per month. Contact the leasing office directly if you are interested in one. Again, thanks for the feed back!

I would tell them this is Luxery apartment living at its finest. Once you move in the experience moving forward is outstanding unlike any place I have ever lived before. The apartments are Big, and also unique from different units. Suzanne the office manager does a FINE JOB!!!! as well as the entire Admin staff. I would recommend living here to anyone who would like to enjoy a fine experience.

Imaging the best apartment living you've ever experienced. Now add the beauty of the Rocky Mountains and shopping and entertainment within walking distance; that's Riverton on the Platte. The staff is friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure we're happy and everything is perfect. The property is beautifully landscaped and well-maintained making it a joy to walk around and enjoy the Colorado weather. Most importantly, the apartments are well built and very well designed. They have great space management and feel more like a house than an apartment (even our visitors have said so!).

Hi there, My daughter and I really love living here but we have noticed more than disturbing noise coming from the upstairs apartment almost every day for the past two weeks. We thought that maybe there was a guest, but there has been fighting, partying and very loud music at all times of the day up to and including until 1-4 AM in the morning even on weekdays. That is our only complaint about Riverton, everything else we are absolutely pleased about.

I have lived here for almost three years and I enjoy it! The staff is wonderful, the grounds are beautiful and it is quiet (most of the time). Parking can sometimes be an issue and the spaces are a little small (my neighbors like to park really close to the lines). The gym and pool area are nicely maintained. I moved in when the pool was still heated in the winter and they don't anymore. It was nice perk to living here, wish they still did it. It is in close proximity to trails since I run and bike a lot and I feel safe with the gates. I would recommend the complex to someone.

I can't say enough good things about the Retreat at Fox Hollow or the staff here. I had a little problem with a neighbors and the day after I brought it up to Sarah (the manager here) it was taken care of. issue no more!! I am very happy here. It is quite and peaceful. I stop in for coffee each day at the clubhouse and part of what I love most are the voices greeting me when I walk in. I feel safe and secure here.

My husband and I have lived here for longer than I'm sure most of the residents here. We are very happy with this community and just ADORE the girls in the office. They are always so sweet and helpful to us! This is a great, quiet little neighborhood.

We really like it here. It's very quiet and all of the staff is very friendly. We have a very nice residence, it's worth every penny.
