Skye is located in a perfect location between LoDo and Lower Highlands. The quick access to 25 is a huge bonus. The apartments are very nice with nice amenities. Living on the train gets loud but you get used to it. The common areas are great - year around pool, hot tub, work out facility and game room. Now there is a convenience/liquor store on the main level of Skye which is PERFECT. On top of all that the staff is always friendly and helpful, especially Jen (who signed our lease). It is always a pleasure to walk through the main office.

I have lived here for almost three years and I enjoy it! The staff is wonderful, the grounds are beautiful and it is quiet (most of the time). Parking can sometimes be an issue and the spaces are a little small (my neighbors like to park really close to the lines). The gym and pool area are nicely maintained. I moved in when the pool was still heated in the winter and they don't anymore. It was nice perk to living here, wish they still did it. It is in close proximity to trails since I run and bike a lot and I feel safe with the gates. I would recommend the complex to someone.

I can't say enough good things about the Retreat at Fox Hollow or the staff here. I had a little problem with a neighbors and the day after I brought it up to Sarah (the manager here) it was taken care of. issue no more!! I am very happy here. It is quite and peaceful. I stop in for coffee each day at the clubhouse and part of what I love most are the voices greeting me when I walk in. I feel safe and secure here.

My husband and I have lived here for longer than I'm sure most of the residents here. We are very happy with this community and just ADORE the girls in the office. They are always so sweet and helpful to us! This is a great, quiet little neighborhood.

I have been very happy here for years and anticipate that we will be for years to come provided my rent isn't increased too much in the upcoming months. The staff here is excellent - especially Sara and Marty.

Units are spacious with good storage. Pet friendly. - very important to me. Radiant heat - inexpensive and no blowing dust. Reported repairs and emergency issues are handled promptly. The green belt is beautiful in the summer. Brick wall with landscaping reduces street noise. Rent is low for the Arvada area. I don't use the pool or other amenities, but I'm sure those who do find them very pleasant. I lost my home about 2 years ago. Living in an apartment is a very different lifestyle. Not all dog owners keep their dogs on a leash. And, there are many who do not clean up after their dogs. . IManagement has been working on this issue and I hope that the problem will improve soon. I've been hear almost 2 years, and I do feel safe and comfortable. If you're looking for a 3 bedroom ranch w/ a 6 foot fence, covered patio and 2 car garage on a cul de sac, this is not it! If you are looking for a nice apartment at a good price, I would recommend Arvada Green.

It is very quiet and the location is great because it is right next to Wadsworth and there are supermarkets and other stores very close by.

We will have to see I need to move in first. However most of the staff is very helpful, I am a little discouraged by the lack of call backs but im sure that will straiten itself out

It's quiet, reasonably priced and the apartments are much nicer than other complexes that charge a higher rent.
