The Hawthorne is a tremendous apartment complex. Although I have only been there for a few weeks I have really enjoyed it so far. The air conditioning in the bedroom could work a little bit better but other than that everything has been perfect. All of the added amenities are a great addition.

I have only lived there a few months, but in the short period my interaction with the office staff and the maintenance staff has been top notch. The property is beautiful and very well kept up. I would definitely recommend Windshire Terrace to a friend.

Great location, people I think truly care about making it a nice experience living here - always striving to do better. Just having the option to complete this survey I think is important - always good to assess the satisfaction level of the residents. Below, I rated the construction - quality a 3. I realize the fictures and design of my apartment are older - the newer appartments have the newer design with the counters that look like granite, etc. While, I would love to have an upgraded apartment, I really like the unit I am in!

Wonderful home, any problems are resolved in an efficient manner, close to a lot of great cities, easy access to the highway but still a small town feel. Giant pothole on the way in needs to be addressed. Kids playing in the road is a little dangerous. Maggie has been an amazing point of contact and has been very warm and welcoming, she has helped our transition a great deal.
