So far tI am very happy. Marica provided me and my famliy excellent service and was very on top of things prior to and including the move in. Very quiet and people seem to be very friendly. Lighing in parking lot very good and the apartment was extremely clean, no need to clean prior to placing my belongings in. Very impressed, no complaints.

What I have mentioned above and that there are a few things I am concerned about. The response time to my maintenance has been good at some times, but an other was maybe just miscommunication because it took too long. Each an every maintenance has caused another to be requested due to carelessness and a bad replacement of my refrigerator. However, my mind is very open because of the people in the office that cover my concerns. I actually have mentioned to some friends the positives of this place and recommended it anyway.

Just in the short time I've been a resident I feel the complex is as mentioned above but also a safe and comfortable place to live. As a realtor, I've put clients into your complex and now I'm experiencing my own placemenet at Grand Reserve. The snow storm we just had was handled very well and I hope to expect the same response from the complex throughout the season. The gym is awesome! Clean and well equipped. And overall the complex is very quiet. The people who I've met have been warm and friendly, and that's very reassuring. Ryan has been very helpful in the few issues I've had. He has never complicated anything but rather streamlined the process for me. Ryan was also very helpful to me while deciding which unit was best for me. I'm very happy in my apartment and love the location and the amenities inside and out. Parking is a little frustrating as I would have liked to get covered parking but there is very limited availability near my building and a waiting list.

The office personnel are always helpful. Maintenance is prompt and courteous. The buildings are solid. Just went through Irene, had no leaking water and the windows didn't even rattle in the high wind. Have a good workout room and a nice sparkling pool.

I have only lived there a few months, but in the short period my interaction with the office staff and the maintenance staff has been top notch. The property is beautiful and very well kept up. I would definitely recommend Windshire Terrace to a friend.

It's like living in a premium hotel. Although there are other places in the area at comparable prices, I'd be hard pressed to find a place that offered all the amenities, plus attention to detail and a level of cleanliness that is quite impressive. The staff at Lincoln Properties are thoughtful and communicative.

I would tell them that I love my apartment, the building, the grounds and the staff is great. I would also tell them that I seldom hear any noise from neighbors (just the occasional footfalls from upstairs neighbors) which lends to a feeling of privacy and personal space. I would tell them that I love living here and am proud to have people over. However, I would also tell them that there are an inordinate number of fire alarms with calls to evacuate - usually in the middle of the night. This week there have been two, once at about 2:50am on a VERY cold night and tonight shortly after 9:30pm. Since moving in at the end of August last year there have been 4-5 alarms. None of them were the result of a fire fortunately, but I can't help but wonder if the sprinkler pipes are faulty which makes me wonder what good they would be if there really was a fire. I don't feel safe and at the moment am on edge wondering when the next alarm will come. My mother has a heart condition and spinal stenosis which makes the evacuation procedure, walking down numerous flights of stairs and standing out in the cold, very painful and difficult for her, not to mention potentially harmful. We certainly won't ignore the alarms just in case it ever is a fire, but knowing that she ends up in pain needlessly is more than frustrating. A month ago I would have had nothing but glowing remarks about life here at Merritt River, but at the moment, that is certainly not the case. I am in the Property Management business so I know things happen beyond our control but it is because I have experience in this industry that I also know that when a problem becomes chronic, it's time to do more than just put a band aid on the problem. I have higher expectations from a property as nice and new as this one and am seriously disappointed and discouraged. THAT is what I will share when asked until I see a change.

Comfy, well maintained building. Some things are inconvenient -- namely the gross size of the building. Having to bring recyclables literally two city blocks to dispose is just not convenient. Although the building is relatively modern, some of the original fixtures and appliances are starting to show some wear and tear. The apartments are relatively quiet. The gym is small, but nice. Parking is very convenient. Accessible to major roads.

Its like living at a hotel. The apartment is a beautiful space and all the amenities make my living experience excellent. The staff is always available for help, and they do it with a smile.
