Living here is so relaxing. The amenities are a great way to relax after a hard days work. The apartments are beautiful and I just love the layout. The maintenance staff and office staff are awesome. The location is prime; we're close to everything. Living here feels like an unending vacation.

Great place to live but if they have kids they should be careful because there are fire ant hills everywhere.

Living within the Park at Forest Ridge makes the apartment lifestyle quite interesting. Normally you would face so many fees, low-grade amenities, and a ridiculously over-priced rent, but with the Park at Forest Ridge, you can live an upscale lifestyle without all the hassles of wasting money and wasting your time. The outside looks incredible, the inside, even better. The roommate matching system is beyond belief, but you have to be specific. I looked at so many different apartments, but the Park at Forest Ridge, owned and operated by the Lynd Company, was by far the best choice.

The Lynd company takes care of its people. You have a problem, it gets fixed. They keep the grounds clean, the buildings clean, their leases don't have gimmicks in them. I've been in town for eight years going to school. If you aren't living in a place run by these people you should be. Seriously. Place I'm at: The Park at Forest Ridge has the biggest pool in town. Yeah, it's huge.

I lived here when this property was The Oasis and owned by the previous company.... I used to dread entering the office with that incompetent, inattentive staff. Since Lynd has taken over, things have changed REMARKABLY! The staff is so much more attentive and friendly. They handle things as soon as they can and they really help with anything you need. The community itself is pretty quiet and most of the residents keep to themselves until we have a big pool party or something. The apartments are just enough space and the laundry room was a HUGE plus for me. The price is pretty fair since we only pay for lights and there is ample visitor parking available as well. I have been here for 3 years and this is the first year it really is enjoyable and feels like home.

It's somewhat quiet not close to any stores if you don't have a car but the amenities are lovely.
