It's relatively expensive if you look only at the square footage of your apartment, but that it's also brand new construction, the layout and the designs of the apartments and the whole complex are really nice, there's a great courtyard for the dogs to run in, barbecues, and a fire pit that evidently only I know how to use. there's a great pool area on the other side and a small gym that's open 24 hours. having said that, there are some detractors. one of the maintenance men thinks nothing of smoking in the hallways and staircases, the parking garage pedestrian doors don't open on one end, and don't lock on the other end, and there should really be a doggy pot in the courtyard. I'd be happier cleaning up after other people's dogs if I didn't have to use my own supplies, and it's not fair to the residents that don't own dogs that the lawns aren't clean to play on.

Jessica and the office manager were very helpful and accommodating. I came on sever occasions to view the property and now I'm getting ready to move in next week. So very exciting.

The apartments are very good looking, but there is a lot of crime. The management has done very little to keep the complex or the tenants safe and informed. The price is not in line with what is offered. Lots of dog feces on grounds, and in hallways. Not as much ammenities as competing complexes with same prices in area. You can hear your neighbors laugh, sneeze and caugh. The hallways sound like a dog shelter with all of the barking. The management and staff is not professional nor do they address issues truthfully in an up front mannor. I suggest you do your research before making a decision, and speak to several tenants as well.

The District is a great place to live, the staff is awesome, top notch! The only thing that is hard to deal with is the disrespectful pet owners. Its very disappointing when we're paying top dollar for a rental community to have the laziest neighbors when it comes to their pets. Its sad because their is dog feces and urine in the enclosed hallways. The poop is not picked up until we finally call the office and let them know. The hallways stick from the pet urine. Its absolutely discusting when its hot out. But other than that, the place is great, looks beautiful outside. Amenities in the units are top notch, most updated you can find in Orlando. Let's hope they can come up with a solution about pets and their care and everythign would be perfect!! Maybe don't have pets in both buildings any longer? Make 1 building pet free???? I would love that and I'm sure others would as well.
