We tell people all the time how happy we are to be here. The staff is wonderful. We have been here 9 months and soon we are up to renewing our lease and honestly we cannot think of a better place to live. A lot of thought is put into making the residents happy for example: my wife and I work long hours during the week so on the weekends we enjoy sleeping in, where we lived before we could not do that because there were all kinds of noises, grass cutting, blowers, pressure cleaners etc. Here at the palms they wait for the weekday so the weekends are nice and peaceful. New to Miami, we searched numerous communities near FIU and toured nearly all the rental communities in Doral. I am still so happy that we made the choice to move here. The move in process was simple and the staff very accommodating. This is a quite community. It's a perfect little retreat from the hustle and bustle of Miami. I love our unit because I have lots of privacy. When entertaining guest, I can retreat to our room upstairs to put the kids to bed if company stays late. Whenever we need anything changed such as light bulbs it's usually taken care of within a few days or less. The amenities here are so nice. We considered renting in a community that included the Doral Park Country Club, however, I feel that the amenities here are more modern and luxurious so we do not need the country club. One of the things I like best about living here is the staff. Michelle and her team plan events for the residents and our children! It's a great way to meet neighbors and just have fun here at home. Overall, I am so glad we are here!

I must say after looking at several apartment complexes in the area, this was the only one that when I walked in I felt completely safe. I moved here from Chicago alone to a new city, new Job and safety was a major concern since I knew know one here. I love the pool area the gym, and the clean surrondings. The response to maintanance is rapid and things get taken care of. I would highly recommend Sunset Gardens, perfect for singles, couples and even families. The kids love the pool, and Iove it because it is very well kept.

Living in the Colonnade Residences has been an oasis away from Miami. The surrounding area is gorgeous and the buildings and grounds are highly maintained by a super group of folks. I walk my dog twice a day and have always felt safe in this complex as well as the pathways outside the complex around the beautiful lakes. The front office has been wonderful dealing with any of my concerns -- even when I over-react about petty things! I would highly recommend living here and am sad to go (moving to Los Angeles for work).

Friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Good neighbors and the property is clean and buildings nice. Quiet. If not for my car having been stolen 7 months ago, I'd literally have no complaints. Since then the gate function has been improved.

quiet, no one bothers you. There should be a cleaner place for the kids to play. I dont like the fact that their some dog owners dont alway clean up after theit pets. Staff is good and attentive to the needs.

Glad to live at Sunset Bay. The community is kept very nicely. Appreciate all the little extras that are done for the tenants. The office staff is very friendly and delivers outstanding service. The maintenance employees are very respectful. Overall it's a very decent place to reside at.

No linen closet otherwise floor plan very good. First floor should also have enclosed privacy terrace. Some areas morre prone to "complicated" tenants" than others.
