We tell people all the time how happy we are to be here. The staff is wonderful. We have been here 9 months and soon we are up to renewing our lease and honestly we cannot think of a better place to live. A lot of thought is put into making the residents happy for example: my wife and I work long hours during the week so on the weekends we enjoy sleeping in, where we lived before we could not do that because there were all kinds of noises, grass cutting, blowers, pressure cleaners etc. Here at the palms they wait for the weekday so the weekends are nice and peaceful. New to Miami, we searched numerous communities near FIU and toured nearly all the rental communities in Doral. I am still so happy that we made the choice to move here. The move in process was simple and the staff very accommodating. This is a quite community. It's a perfect little retreat from the hustle and bustle of Miami. I love our unit because I have lots of privacy. When entertaining guest, I can retreat to our room upstairs to put the kids to bed if company stays late. Whenever we need anything changed such as light bulbs it's usually taken care of within a few days or less. The amenities here are so nice. We considered renting in a community that included the Doral Park Country Club, however, I feel that the amenities here are more modern and luxurious so we do not need the country club. One of the things I like best about living here is the staff. Michelle and her team plan events for the residents and our children! It's a great way to meet neighbors and just have fun here at home. Overall, I am so glad we are here!

Living at Altis Cypress Creek has been an overall wonderful experience. However, I would like to see more security patrolling the grounds and the front gates. Some individuals, primarily guests, find it necessary to enter through the exit. Continuation of such activity will lead to an unpleasant event.

It's a great place to live. The complex has great amenities. It's located minutes away from 95 and the florida's turnpike. The units are spacious and up to date.

HAVE BRAG ABOUT ALTIS TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY, BEAUTIFUL GROUNDS, AND EXCELLENT ANEMITES, I CALL ALTIS AN OASIS IN A DESERT, HAVE LIVED HERE FOR ALMOST 2 YEARS, THE ONLY COMPLAIN I'VE IS THAT THEY CATER TO LAW ENFORCEMENT ON PARKING POLICY! THEY ARE ALLOWED TO PARK THERE PATROL VECHILES WHERE THEY PLEASE!!! REGARDLESS OF (SAFETY) TO OTHER LAW ABIDING RESIDENTS!!! IT'S NOT FAIR WE ARE EQUAL HERE, WE SHOULD ALL FOLLOW THE RULES IN PLACE AT ALTIS REGARDLESS WHO WE ARE!!!! THE FRONT- OFFICE STATE THAT THERE HANDS ARE TIED AND THEY CAN'T ENFORCE PARKING TO OFF-DUTY POLICE, THIS IS A PRIVATE RESIDENTIAL APARTMENT CMPLEX WITH OUR OWN RULES!!! IF I FOLLOWED THEM WE SHOULD ALL DO THE SAME.

The maintenance is great and punctual whenever there is a problem with your unit. The parking is terrible. Visitors should have guest parking areas. It is really frustrating especially when you pay so much for rent. Altis should look into that. Serious accidents can occur when driving ...the roads are narrow and winding and most residents are not cautious drivers. The both gates (incoming) open at the same time when a resident and guest are coming in which is another accident waiting to happen. Overall the place is lovely inside as well as outside. Just too much on the increase of rent upon renewal of lease. We should be rewarded for being loyal residents upon renewal. Two on the parking ....everything else gets a 4.5.
