I love the spacious apartment and the quite living area. The staff at the office is always available to answer any questions, they are very friendly and helpful.

Lakeridge is located within a security-enforced community. The complex interiors & exteriors are well-maintained and modern. The staff is friendly, and amenities are easily accessable.

As a single individual living here from Brasil, it hasn't always been easy. But I have found that whenever I need help from the office at Lakeridge, I have received immediate help. In fact, on one occassion, when I had just come back from Brasil, it was raining and my car battery wouldn't start. I tried to call the office, eventhough I knew it had nothing to do with their regulur business. But this is the difference at Lakeridge... Their people got together, found jumper cables, and came over to start my car. It really mad a difference... on a personal level.

It is a quiet community with good staff that help you and respond when you need anything to help you feel more comfortable. I really like living in the family style environment.

It wonderful!! The neighbors are quiet and respectful. The ALL of staff is AMAZING!!! They are very professional, helpful and kind. The apartments are in great condition BOTH inside and outside the complex. Maintenance staff is top of the line! I would recommend living here!!!

I would tell them that this is a very quiet community filled with friendly staff. For the most, part the community is clean and the staff respond in timely manner. The community is filled with families and college students and most of the residents conduct themselves in the proper manner, however, from time to time you have some disruptive behavior but that seems to be curtailed quickly via the Miami Lakes Police department that patrol the area on a regular basis.

For my kids and I it has been like we had always lived here. The apartments are comfortable. The property is beautiful and inviting. The staff always attentive and profecional. Every question asked is answered. The maintance is equally profecional. I feel very safe and secure. The facilities are extremly nice. I have really enjoyed the time that I have lived here. According to my expirence as a resident in Lakeridge at the Moors, I have noting negative to say.
