I would tell them that it's a nice place to live. I have noticed that the stairways have been a little dirtier that usual but other than that the grounds are well maintained and the staff is very friendly and very helpful.

The property is well maintained, with a good response from management when a concern is found. My only concern is it's pretty dark at night. Better lighting would help. A service truck broke the light fixture outside my apartment several weeks ago and it has not yet been replaced. Otherwise it is a nice, safe place to live.

Close to shopping and restaurants. Property is clean and well maintained. Friendly staff. Sometimes takes two or three requests at the office for something to happen, but otherwise fine. Wish I had covered parking, but not really a complaint.
