Very safe, quiet and clean. The only problem is the parking at nights and I wish the was a playground instead dog park.

Like living at a resort or year long. The grounds are impeccable, maintenance people are right on top of things, office personnel friendly and eager to help. A place you can feel proud to call home. With the hustle and bustle of a busy work schedule coming home to The Estates at Countryside is like having a vacation home year round. The tenants are friendly, the noise level at night is so quiet that sleeping with the windows open to catch a night breeze has never been a problem. All the facilities are so well maintained that when I've had company they were so impressed with where I lived they questioned how could I afford it. Living here? What's it like? You just have to experience it to believe it.

Beautiful landscaping! I can really take pride in living here because it always looks so great! Great pool! Easy access to Tampa, St. Pete, Clearwater Beach. Parking is awful, but that's really my only complaint. A friendly staff and great place to live.

I would tell them that my landlord (Greystar) feels it is more important to collect an extra $200.00 p/m, than ensure the comfort and satisfaction of the tenants. So sad, basically a nice facility. Another example of corporate America choosing the greedy path instead of the just path. The apartment above has hard wood floors from when the faciltiy was a condo. The tenant has 3 loud, annoyingly explosive, barking dogs that run back and forth on the floors and it sounds like a bowling alley from my place downstairs. The tenant is heavy footed and plods from one room to the other. I can hear every single drop of a dog bone, jump from a couch, step of a foot and slosh of the washing machine at 3:00 am. I have asked the management to act sensibly to resolve the issue by carpeting the above apartment so as to be equal (EQUAL...THE SAME AS...) to all other apartments and afford me the same amount of quiet that others get. The answer is NO! Apparently, Greystar wants the extra revenue from the hardwood floors in the apartment above mine. The person above me does not repond to requests of quiet from her annoying pets. The building is infested with Pharoah Ants. (This is mildly annoying) Too bad, it could be such a lovely place. Other things about this facility are wonderful. The pool, the office staff, the parking, the grounds and the maintenance staff are all worth the suffering from one bad social apple and company big wig, insensitive scrooge mentality.

We moved here about three months ago, and so far we have really loved it here. The staff are friendly, courteous and prompt in responding to maintenance requests, and the maintenance staff is friendly also. The landscaping is gorgeous and well-maintained. The gate doesn't seem to ever work, but management has hired a security guard at night to patrol the complex. The buildings are older and could use a new coat of paint and some repairs...a couple buildings have been repainted already but progress has been stalled for a while. These are minor issues to us though and we really enjoy our Bridgewater apartment!

Peaceful and quiet atmosphere

We had to leave West Port Colony that was considerable larger. When our lease was up they wanted to charge us $220 more per month to stay. That was not possible so we started calling all around and no one had 3 bedrooms available. Bridgewater was right across the street but we thought they were condos so never considered them. I noticed the lease now signs one day and called. I found out they had a 3 bedroom available in a couple weeks so I made an appointment. From the first phone call until this very day the staff in the office make you feel welcome and their upbeat personalitys make you happy when you enter the office even on the worst day. The place feels safe and now with the security patroling the area it makes you feel even more secure. I know they are a gated community but the gate isn't working yet but we love that. It so much nicer to drive right in along with not worrying that your guests won't be able to get in with out you buzzing them in. They are painiting the buildings and that looks wonderful so far on the ones they have completed. The entire staff including maintance department are wonderful and friendly. The residents and renters all get along and it's like a neighbor hood you would want to live in because every one you pass says hi at mininum when others will make small conversation. It's wonderful and anyone looking for a place to rent should consider this place. The two down falls to this place at all is that when they were built they didn't consider storage space, cupboard space, and draw space. The other is that the neighbors above you are heard with every footstep. We normally don't mind but when they are playing around it sounds like they are going to fall thru the ceiling. We both come from up north with two story homes so it's like living up north again and hearing our sisters running around in the bedrooms upstairs. I think when they were built maybe they just didn't use proper insulation which is something that can't be changed now.

I love walking my dogs and looking at all the different birds that live around the lakes. It's calming. The apartments are very soundproof, and the neighbors for the most part are friendly. My biggest complaint is that the security gates don't work, and have never worked. That's a huge concern for me. They recently got a security guard that rides around in a golf cart, but I'm not sure how much that would deter anyone - especially when the guards ride around the parking lots at a fast pace or sit in one place for long periods of time. I'm glad to see that they are fixing the outside, as most of the buildings have rotted wood, etc. The new staff is nice and seems willing to do what they can to help. I'd like to have a 2B, 1B so that I can get rid of the storage I'm paying for every month. The price is a bit high. Anyway, I'm happy living at Bridgewater.
