The apartment is overall in good condition. split floor plan is wonderful. The carpet is cheap and some of the appliances are ancient. The management staff is very nice, but maintenance could afford to add another person since work orders can take 3 -4 days to be acknowledged. Parking is a disaster, there is rarely an open spot and it need to be regulated ASAP. People park in the "NO PARKING" and the "FIRE LANE". Unacceptable. I have had to park 3 buildings away because parking is so very limited. I do love my apartment but I think there is some things that need to be taken care of before we would renew here.

I just renewed my lease for another year and I thought I would take this opportunity to tell you what made me make that decision. While I looked at and considered some other properties in the area the reason I decided to renew at Bristol was the staff. I think the maintenance people are great. The response time to an issue is quick and they are friendly and knowledgeable always making sure you are satisfied with the service. Second, the girls in the office are fantastic. They are very professional and always eager to handle and resolve any questions or issues you have. As the face of Bristol Place they represent the community very well. If I had to voice one complaint it would be the parking situation. I think a way to help alleviate some of this problem is to make sure the garages are priced so they are 100% occupied. Aside from that it is a nice community, quiet and peaceful with a wonderful staff. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to rent in the area.

Be prepared for some parking issues but other than that the people are friendly. The layout of the apartment is spacious and well thought out. The maintenance staff is very nice and quick to fix anything that goes awry. I love the ability to pay rent online and not have to deal face-to-face with anyone. Not that the office isn't wonderful but I believe it's more efficient the way it's set up. If you have to be in an apartment in Tampa then VIsta Grande is the ONLY one I'd consider.

Maintenance has been so much better with Fairfield. The mx staff ALWAYS did their very best - but I think they were limited in what they could do. For example, when I moved in there were a few things that were not right with the apartment - some are still not right. The kitchen faucet had almost NO water pressure. Mx came out and I was told that it could not be fixed. Recently, I asked again for the faucet to be fixed and they replaced the nozzle - BEAUTIFUL FULL water pressure!! I think that the Mx staff was not able to replace the faucet the first time because of a stingy budget by the management company. I am paying a LOT of rent to live here and expect that things should be up to the standards promised to me.

Quiet! Friendly neighbors! Clean laundry room with state-of-the-art washers and dryers! Fabulous 'park-like' setting with lots of walking trails! Only a mile from the 'big city', but it feels like you're living in the country! I lived here for 15 years prior to moving back after 12 years and the only thing that's changed is the landscape and trees have matured so beautifully! The grounds are kept meticulously! A nice quiet, friendly place to call home :)

I love the neighborhood, there are good schools close by, and nice parks too. All popular shopping destinations are within minutes, as well as major interstates. The surrounding grounds are breathtaking, I love the water and nature the are all over the complex. Its nice to be able to enjoy my apt complex as though its a park, and when I take my son for a walk, I feel as though I'm on a nature trail. Our apt is very cozy, and we love our views from every room.
