I have lived here almost 3 full months. I find that the people I have spoken with in my building are pretty friendly. The rest of the people seem pretty friendly and mostly stay to themselves. The property is well maintained during the week, but on weekends it needs some improvement. I see a multicultural mix of people and really enjoy the diversity that this property has attained. Lot of kids which could be a positive or a negative for some people. The management staff has been very attentive to my needs. Michele promised that the gates would be fixed and they were fixed within the allotted time she specified. I just wished that the gates would work a little faster and this is because three cars can enter the property easily during each opening and closing sequence. Larie and Robin have helped with the Garage I requested within a short period of time and I truly apreciate both their assistance. I would definetly like to see more security presence but feel resonable safe during all time. I hope this experince is not a fluk because I really love living here at Grove East.

It's very quiet and peaceful. I feel very safe at all times, specially having a small child. The maintanance and management are very friendly and quick to respond to your needs. We have been here a little over a month and so far are very impressed with everything and are very confident that are stay here will be very pleasant.

great plce to live at quiet, but again gate issues are a problem to me , as well as gym access.

We take our residents suggestions and concerns very seriously and appreciate any and all feedback. I understand your concerns with the gate and I am currently working on completing a very large task of rewiring the entire underground system which is why it is currently not working properly.
